Packing
Your gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel is a fragile electrical component for your vehicle. If damaged due to improper packing, it can be expensive and time-consuming to replace. Please follow the steps below to ensure your unit is shipped safely and cost-effectively.
After removing the gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel from your vehicle, securely wrap it in bubble wrap, making sure all areas are fully covered. Use a small amount of tape to prevent the bubble wrap from coming loose.
Do not use shredded newspaper, blankets, or towels as packing materials. Also, please avoid using excessive tape, as we will reuse the packing materials to return the unit to you after service.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping your gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel to us. If insurance is not already included, please add at least $100 of insurance to your shipment. We accept packages shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
We offer several return shipping options, which are outlined below. In most cases, your gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel will be shipped back to you the next business day after we receive it.
Option 1 (Easiest and Fastest):
- Purchase a return shipping label and include it in the box when sending your gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel to us. This option ensures the fastest possible return and allows you to choose how quickly you would like your unit shipped back to you.
Option 2:
- If you prefer, we can purchase the return shipping label on your behalf using your credit card information through the carrier’s website. This option provides a convenient alternative if you are unable to include a return label with your shipment.
Payments
Payment may be made by business or personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please include your payment with the gauge cluster, speedometer, or instrument panel when shipping it to us.
We also accept debit and credit cards. All debit and credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee.
